The meal begins with comforting, soft flour puris served alongside a rich, sweet pudding, followed by flaky, savory pastries paired with spiced vegetables and tangy chutneys. A comforting assortment of ghee-fried lentils, crisp papadums, and assorted pickles complements the main feast. The spread is lavishly adorned with an array of freshly prepared traditional sweets, including warm jalebis, juicy syrup-filled delicacies, sugar-coated treats, crisp layered pastries, and aromatic gram-flour laddoos that fill the air with a mesmerizing fragrance.
